🌱 Why this exists
I have an Obsidian vault that currently has 247 notes spanning robotics, visa regulations, wealth philosophy, PCB pinouts, and a suspicious number of half-finished Kalman filter derivations.
The problem? They’re all private. Which is stupid, because:
- I’m never going to re-read them all.
- Publishing them publicly would force me to actually finish my thoughts.
- Someone out there is probably Googling “how to make a CAN-FD transceiver coexist with an OLED display on the same SPI bus” at 3 AM and deserves to find my pain.
So here we are. A blog.
📜 What this is NOT
- A polished portfolio. I have one of those. This is messier.
- A daily publishing commitment. I have calculus II to survive.
- A newsletter. I refuse to grow a mailing list.
- A place for SEO-optimized LinkedIn thought leadership goo.
📜 What this IS
- A digital garden — notes grow, link to each other, and evolve over time.
- A public track record — a way to build “media leverage” without having to dance on TikTok.
- An excuse to think clearly in public.
🎯 The grand vision (for me, not for you)
I keep a manifesto pinned to my desktop wallpaper that says:
I don’t want to be rich. I want to be wealthy. The difference is that wealth is freedom. Wealthy people don’t ask “can I afford it?” — they ask “does this cost me my time?”
Most people who say things like that in public are crypto bros selling a course. I’m 18 and I have a bench oscilloscope. Trust the source accordingly.
My thesis is simple: specific knowledge + permissionless leverage = freedom. I’m going to spend the next five years getting obnoxiously good at mechatronics + embedded AI, publishing everything I learn here, and then figuring out how to turn that into ownership rather than hourly labor.
Will it work? I have no idea. But this blog is the receipt. Let’s check back in 2030.
